Whether you are a yoga teacher looking to confidently teach inversions or a dedicated practitioner wanting to refine your own practice, this course provides the knowledge, structure, and hands-on experience to help you progress safely and effectively.

Who Is This Training For?

This training is suitable for:

  • Certified yoga teachers (200-hour YTT or above)

  • Yoga teacher trainees

  • Dedicated yoga practitioners with a regular practice

  • Students who want to overcome fear and build confidence in inversions

  • Anyone interested in understanding inversion alignment and safe progression

Previous inversion experience is helpful but not required. Students should have a consistent yoga practice and be comfortable with basic weight-bearing poses such as Plank and Downward-Facing Dog.

Certification

Students who successfully complete the training and meet the attendance requirements will receive an Aura Aerial Art Centre 20-Hour Inversion Teacher Training Certificate.

This training may also be eligible for Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (YACEP) hours if applicable.
