Whether you are a yoga teacher looking to confidently teach inversions or a dedicated practitioner wanting to refine your own practice, this course provides the knowledge, structure, and hands-on experience to help you progress safely and effectively.
Who Is This Training For?
This training is suitable for:
Certified yoga teachers (200-hour YTT or above)
Yoga teacher trainees
Dedicated yoga practitioners with a regular practice
Students who want to overcome fear and build confidence in inversions
Anyone interested in understanding inversion alignment and safe progression
Previous inversion experience is helpful but not required. Students should have a consistent yoga practice and be comfortable with basic weight-bearing poses such as Plank and Downward-Facing Dog.

Certification
Students who successfully complete the training and meet the attendance requirements will receive an Aura Aerial Art Centre 20-Hour Inversion Teacher Training Certificate.
This training may also be eligible for Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (YACEP) hours if applicable.
