30-Hour Single-Point Teacher Training

A dynamic and expressive training program for students who are passionate about spinning aerial movement.

Unlike double-point hammocks, single-point hammocks allow continuous rotation and flowing movement, creating a more expressive and dance-inspired aerial experience.

This training explores spin control, movement mechanics, pose transitions, sequencing, teaching methodology, safety protocols and spotting techniques specifically designed for single-point setups.

Tracy

Tracy is the founder of Aura Aerial Art Centre and lead trainer for Aura’s Double-Point Aerial Hammock Teacher Training program.

As an experienced aerial instructor, ERYT-500 yoga teacher and registered nurse in both Canada and Hong Kong, Tracy brings together aerial technique, anatomy, healthcare knowledge and years of teaching experience.

Her training approach emphasizes safe practice, clear teaching methodology, progressive sequencing and the confidence required to guide students responsibly.

Ella, Single-Point Aerial Hammock Lead Trainer at Aura Aerial Art Centre SINGLE-POINT LEAD TRAINER

SINGLE-POINT LEAD TRAINER

Ella

Ella is the lead trainer for Aura’s Single-Point Aerial Hammock Teacher Training program.

She is an award-winning, certified aerial dance and spinning hammock instructor with teaching experience in Hong Kong and Canada.

Ella brings expressive movement, graceful technique, spin control, musicality and performance knowledge into her training, helping students teach dynamic single-point movement with clarity and confidence.

Assessment and Certification

Certification requires successful completion of both the written and practical components of the selected training program.

Students will be assessed on technical knowledge, safety awareness, cueing, teaching methodology, class structure and practical teaching skills.
